I'm not writing this to you for no reason, because I was the manager of a large restaurant chain in Zurich, just so you can understand me better. and I think it should be a manager I haven't even seen. the guy is perfect. staff fantastic, preferably a little better knowledge of the language, just a little, then it can be combined with facial expressions, I also put managers of the fields! that as managers they should know at least two languages. I am Had to know 4 languages. bartender!!!

Our room was upgraded to a Family Room, which was a wonderful and thoughtful surprise from the hotel. It made our stay feel special, as all of the kids could sleep in their own area, separate from the adults, while still being in one suite. I also want to highlight the food quality; it was truly delicious.

Wonderful facilities. Beach nearby, pool and spa. We had an all inclusive package and the hotel had a wide choice of restaurants and eateries

the swimming pool,water slide,sauna,billiardo,tennis,the bars,the food,the restaurant food and the kanefa,rice pudding and everything about the food was awesome,building is clean

Hotel was large and well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. The all-inclusive buffet was Great ! There were so many food options to choose from (especially desserts) with many healthy food choices also provided. The private beach area had many chairs and was clean. Finally, the staff overall were quite responsive and friendly. Overall, a great value for the price.
